Muscat Tour Itinerary
Day 1
Land in Muscat and settle into your accommodation. Begin your Oman journey by exploring the charming capital—walk along the Mutrah Corniche, visit the Mutrah Souq, and end the day with a traditional Omani dinner. Optional evening at Royal Opera House or a casual night market stroll.
Day 2
Start with the stunning Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque. Then head to the beach for a relaxed morning. Visit Al Alam Palace and stroll along the fish market. Wrap up the day exploring local bazaars for souvenirs and spices, and enjoy seafood with a sea view.
Day 3
Take a day trip to the historical forts of Nakhal and Rustaq. Enjoy scenic drives through date plantations, visit thermal springs, and marvel at restored castles that echo Oman’s regal past. Return to Muscat by evening or overnight nearby if preferred.
Day 4
Drive toward Wahiba Sands for a night of Bedouin hospitality. Stop en route at Wadi Bani Khalid for a refreshing swim. Reach your desert camp by sunset, enjoy dune bashing, a traditional dinner, and stargazing around the bonfire.
Day 5
Take a full-day trip to Jebel Shams, the highest point in Oman. Hike the Balcony Walk for jaw-dropping views into the “Grand Canyon of Arabia.” A must for nature lovers and photographers alike. Return to Nizwa or continue to Jebel Akhdar.
Day 6
